The only benefit that it can claim is that it did leave my hair really soft. I have used clairol nice n easy for about ten years now usually 9a light ash blonde and others in the 9 10 category. It gives you 100 percent gray coverage with real natural looking tones and highlights while being kind to your hair. I especially love 5n medium neutral brown.
